Below are the package options that are offered through Luxe. All are based on a local, West Michigan location, but I do travel all over the state and even beyond. Please reach out with details for additional information. 

All options are customizable, and if you would like to customize even further, I'd be happy to discuss options that fit your needs!

Vintage place setting

Day Of Coordination

$1000

This service is if you exclusively need help the day of the event. It includes 8 hours of on-site service, unlimited contact leading up, an in person or virtual meeting to discuss your vision and needs, a custom timeline for the big day, and 1 hour at the rehearsal. 

​

I'm all yours on your big day. Need someone to make a smoothie or coffee run? Forgot your shoes at home? I'm there to ensure your day runs smoothly and you enjoy every moment of it! I'll help direct guests and get the wedding party down the aisle timed correctly. I'll work with your other vendors to ensure we're fitting everything in, and ensure they're all arriving and setting up correctly.

Also included is set up of gift, guest book, in memory table items as well as table décor.  Set up of any major items like wedding arbors, tables and chairs, etc. are an additional $200.

Additional hours can be added or removed at the rate  of $125/hr.

Month Of Coordination

$1500

​

If you need assistance finalizing the seating chart, managing wedding party/ family expectations, or any other last minute details, this is the package for you! I will verify all your bases are covered with your vendors, and check contracts. Everything from the Day Of package is also included, but you get to pick my brain, and send all of your guests with many questions my way so you can stay stress free. I can manage those remaining RSVP's and get final counts to your vendors. Also included is a venue walkthrough that helps us both envision where the best placement for everything is!

8 hours day of included, but additional hours can be added or removed at the rate of $125/hr.

If sourcing of decor, etc. is needed this is an additional $50/hr. for me to shop for, and present options to you.

Full Wedding Planning

$3000

​

Do you want to just show up on your big day and have everything taken care of without lifting a finger or stressing about the choices you have to make? Let me handle all the details! I will have a couple of sit down conversations with you to get an idea for your vision and style, and I will take that information and create a couple of style directions we can go. Once the style, budget, and timeline are approved I will begin sourcing everything you need, and coordinating with vendors to get you the wedding of your dreams.

I will book the vendors and procure the décor. You will receive a spreadsheet with contact info for each vendor, and a mood board with the entire vision. I will be the point of contact for the vendors to answer any questions they may have. 

 

Half down of estimated cost of décor and vendors. Remaining payment will be due 6 months prior to wedding date to ensure enough time to get everything booked, sourced and paid!

Wedding Designer

$300

If you have no idea where to even start with selecting a color scheme, décor, or overall style for your big day, I can come up with a design plan for you! After an initial phone call or in-person meeting to get to know each other, and hear about what you know you like or don't like I will come up with 2 complete mood boards that show an overall color and style. In this package, 3 edits are included, but after 2 another phone call or meeting will take place to make sure we're still on the same page. My goal is to find you the perfect look for your dream day!

The mood boards will be ideas only, and will not include sources or prices. If you also need a spreadsheet with where to purchase décor that follows the decided on design, that would be an additional charge of $50/hr. to source.

Event Set up and Tear Down

$700

If you've got the event itself all taken care of, you just need someone to do the set up and tear down of your items, this package is your best friend! 

​

The package includes up to 5 hours for set up of event with your designated décor, linens, backdrops, etc. and tear down at the end of the night. All items will be left at the venue or with a designated person of your choosing. 

​

All I need from you is a list of the items that you need me to set up, and where you want them. Photos of the items or inspiration images of how you're envisioning certain things is always helpful and appreciated!

Additional hours can be added for $100/ hour

Additional Costs for all Events

$200

Set up of large items such as tables, chairs, arbor, etc.

Required for weddings with 200+ guests to allow for an additional coordinator. Available for any wedding.

Travel charges applied to any event outside of a 30 mile radius of Grand Rapids. Please inquire for exact rate to your location!
