I got married this past October, and I can say with 200% certainty that hiring Kelsey Brotherton was hands down the best decision we made! If you're looking for a wedding coordinator/day of coordinator, she is AMAZING!
Her and Tracy (her amazing assistant) went above and beyond to make our wedding day special! Not only was she available for us whenever we needed her prior to the wedding, on our wedding day she managed our chaos, which made the day so incredibly stress-free!
For example: we forgot to pick up our wedding linens on time, and Kelsey was able to get them lighting fast! We also completely forgot to purchase a more beautiful cake cutting set for photos, and she came prepared with a spare!
If you’re looking for someone to take your vision and accomplish it flawlessly, while you enjoy your day, then Kelsey is your person! If you're looking for someone who will stand by your side and help you and your significant other sift through the stress of wedding planning, I 200/10 recommend Kelsey and Luxe Events!

Praznik Wedding
​I was married on May 19th 2023. I used Luxe Events as my day of coordinator.
Kelsey is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! I was hesitant to spend money on a day of coordinator based off people's reviews on having a coordinator in general as they can be pricey and some people didn't think they were worth it. They obviously hired the wrong day of coordinator because outside of the venue Kelsey's service was probably my best purchase for the entire wedding. I received so many compliments on how smoothly the day ran and how on schedule everything was. My maid of honor and MOB were so happy they got enjoy the wedding and did not have to be the go to person for questions. My maid of honor was also so happy it wasn't her responsibility to keep things moving or on schedule.
Kelsey was so easy to work with. She saw my vision and executed it perfectly. She ran our rehearsal, did set up day of, some take down, she made sure my husband and I were taken care throughout the whole day including making sure we got to enjoy our appetizers in between pictures.
She really made everything very stress free for me which was exactly what i wanted the day of while keeping everything running smoothly and on time.
Run dont walk to book her! You won't regret it. Highly recommend. 5/5 🌟
Bajema Wedding
If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day, you need to hire Kelsey, now! To say that she is a day OF coordinator really isn’t a fair description. She is with you every step of the way, giving you advice, suggestions and a lot of support when you feel like you’re losing your mind. LOL. She has grace under pressure and she always has things under control. She thinks on her feet and when there were hiccups, she smoothed things out… seemingly effortlessly. Kelsey is AMAZING!
